Michelle is the Clinical Director of Spear’s Prospect Heights – Barclays location. Michelle attended Utica College in New York, where she graduated from the accelerated Doctor of Physical Therapy program. She also completed her undergraduate degree at Utica College, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies with a minor in Spanish, while also playing collegiate soccer. Michelle’s passion for research has helped her become a published author. Her systematic review of controlled trials has been published in the Journal of Sleep Health and was also presented at the National Applied Ergonomics Conference in 2015.

Michelle’s experience and passion lies in orthopedics and sports medicine. In addition to her personal athletic background, she is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is currently pursuing her Orthopedic Specialist Certification. She truly values taking the time to understand her patients and their needs in order to create the most effective treatment plan. Her one-on-one, patient-focused approach allows her to work with her patients to provide amazing outcomes and help them return to doing what they love.

Michelle likes to stay active through spin classes, yoga and running. She enjoys hiking and biking outside. On the weekends, she loves trying new restaurants and exploring different neighborhoods in the city. She also loves to travel and see new cities with friends.
