Kate is a passionate, patient-centered therapist who received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University and her Bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Wake Forest University. Her professional interests include outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, prenatal & post-natal care, core strengthening, and spinal health. She creates individualized therapy plans using a combination of manual techniques and personalized therapeutic exercise programs.
Kate is driven by the desire to help patients reach their full potential and return to the activities most important to them. She was first inspired to pursue health after witnessing the positive impact therapy had on her two younger brothers, but it wasn’t until her undergraduate that she discovered a love of outpatient orthopedics. Kate began her career at Spear fresh out of her Doctoral program and went on to become a Clinical Director in 2019. A proud resident of Hoboken herself, she is thrilled to be at the helm of the new Spear Hoboken Clinic helping create consistent wins for patients and staff alike.
Growing up, Kate participated in competitive soccer and softball and continues to stay active through regular exercise. In her free time, Kate enjoys acting as a mentor for a local high school student, visiting with family, and immersing herself in the neighborhood.
